James Downes is the Founder and CEO of House of Insurtech – developers of the Insurforce Policy Administration System. James is responsible for leading the business in its mission to “make insurance easier” by delivering a platform that allows a real focus on customer experience and supports innovation in the broker and MGA space.
James brings extensive experience in innovation, technology, digital and customer experience to his role. Fusing the sometimes contradictory skills of deep technology and a focus on customer needs, James bridges the gap between what “we can do” and what “we should do”.
